Harry Parker
My name is Harrison (Harry) Parker and I'm 14 years old and have only been riding mountain bikes since January 2019. I live in Midsomer Norton which is only a few minutes away from Windhill Bike park. I was competing in 2019 in some of the local DH races where I was getting some great results.
One of my favourite races was the annual Urban downhill race in Falmouth where I managed to secure first place in the juveniles alongside Ben Moore who took the overall fastest for Elite Men. I have a passion for big jumps and can be found hitting Windhills proline.
The start of 2020 I have been lucky enough to be supported by Orange bikes and now riding my dream bike the Alpine 6 which is perfect for my style of riding, and with signing up to be Ben Moores apprentice I believe this year will teach me some priceless lessons in riding mountain bikes. I hope to race as many Downhills as possible and been concentrating on improving my technical skills and in particular looking forward to competing in various urban races.
