EWS 2023 Rnd 1 - Maydena, Tasmania

Here we are back in the fray for thr first EWS round of 2023! Far far away in Tasmania, Australia

New team member Becky Cook and Tom (OG) Wilson made the journey to EWS Rnd 1 to a dusty Maydena. Trails were great, a huge amounts of descending loads of variation and really tight racing.

Becky finished the day in 24th, much further back than expected and Tom finished the day in 80th, which was an improvement on last years average. Racing was hard, plenty of fast locals, but it was good to get the first one out of the way. On to the next, and they are both looking forward to getting stuck into Derby.
